Dr. Molpus received his M.D. degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, receiving both the Honors Surgery and Honors Medicine distinctions at graduation. He received his undergraduate degrees from Daytona Beach Community College and the University of South Florida.
He served on the Board of Directors for the Florida College of Emergency Physicians as a resident physician and has been a grassroots lobbyist for patient’s rights in Tallahassee for multiple legislative sessions. He completed his internship and residency at the level one trauma center of Orlando Health (OH), and is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine since 1997, and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians since 1999.
He is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery since 2012. He was one of the founding partners of Emergency Physicians of Central Florida (EPCF), greater Orlando’s emergency care providers for the OH system. After working with EPCF for ten years, Dr. Molpus transitioned into urgent care medicine and co-founded the miniER Corporation, and serves as its Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director.
